Membership terms
The practical details, written plainly before you join.
Minimum enrolment
2 months from your start date.
Deposit
An initial setup fee is taken as your deposit, refundable after the minimum enrolment period provided the studio and equipment are left in good order.
Cancellation
30 days’ written notice.
Pause
You may pause your membership for up to 2 months. A holding fee of £15/month keeps your spot and any work in storage while paused. Beyond 2 months, you’ll need to re-apply and pay the joining fee again.
Damage
Members are responsible for their work and studio care. Damage to kiln shelves, props or equipment, such as glaze runs or explosions, is charged at full replacement cost plus a 15% admin fee.
